Meet the Aries Wrap Dress

Normally, our product development process is driven by frustration. But we designed this simply because we wanted to make a flattering dress with pockets that would be really fun to wear and easy to pack.

I love how light the fabric is — and how well it resists wrinkles. I mean, I’ve squeezed it into a ball and jumped on it, and it still didn’t wrinkle. (Customer service will tell me that’s not a guarantee we can share. But you know, when it comes to product testing, I really go all out.)

Meet the Fabric

Aries Wrap Dress

100% polyester chiffon with lining
Machine washable, line or tumble dry
Ultra-light 2.39 oz per yard fabric
Wrinkle resistant and quick drying
Odor control lining

This fabric is all about flow — and it makes for a loosely draped dress that’s all the more flattering in our dark print. We’re launching it in an abstract pebbled print on a navy background.

Soft and lightweight, this fabric is also super comfortable to wear and easy to pack. Plus, we added odor control treatment to the lining so that it stays fresh in warm weather and on long trips.

Meet the Pockets

Hand pockets

This dress has more than meets the eye — specifically, six pockets that make it easy to carry all your essentials.

On the side seams, we created two discreet pockets for your hands. And inside each is another pocket — a zip pocket on the left and a phone patch pocket on the right.

If you’re traveling, you can easily and safely carry your passport in a zippered passport pocket concealed in the waist seam, while a small zip pocket for cards and cash is hidden inside the lining on the left chest panel.

(If you’re not traveling, the pockets are still perfect for you to be hands-free throughout your day.)

Ways to Wear It

The Aries is a full, true wrap dress — the front panel has a long belt that passes through and wraps around the body, so you can tie a bow in front or belt in the back. The shoulder extends to create a soft sleeve, and the skirt hits just below the knee.

For styling, it’s truly effortless. The fabric is durable but looks delicate, which makes it easy to pair with either a jean jacket or a blazer. We wanted it to look great whether you wear it out dancing or to work (or both).
