At Bluffworks, we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in a safe and timely manner. Please review your order before finalizing. Once an order is submitted, it is unable to be changed prior to shipment. 

Domestic

Free Ground Shipping: US orders, including Continental U.S., AK, HI, APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. territories. Processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery carrier and transit time will differ based on shipping address and item(s) selected. Transit time 5-10 business days, excludes weekends and holidays.

Express 2 Day, $10: Continental U.S. orders via Express Carrier. Orders received by 12:00 pm ET, will process on the same business day. Transit time 2 business days, excludes weekends and holidays.

Express Overnight, $25: Continental U.S. orders via Express Carrier. Orders received by 12:00 pm ET, will process on the same business day. Transit time 1 business day, excludes weekends and holidays.

International

International orders ship via Passport International Standard service. Transit time 1-3 weeks. International shipping fees are calculated during checkout and include duty, tax, and/or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility to finalize delivery. 

If a package is refused delivery, any additional shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the total refund issued. Shipping and any fees collected are not refundable by Bluffworks, only product value will be refunded for returned items.
