Do you have any retail locations to see and try on your products?
At the moment, we sell online exclusively. 2020 has forced us to close our NYC showroom, but we are working on new ways to experience Bluffworks in-person. For updates about places where you can see, feel, try on and shop Bluffworks in-person – retail locations, pop-ups, events, and more — sign up here.

Can I return my Bluffworks?
Yes, and we even provide a free return shipping label for US orders. Learn more about our policies.
What’s is the Bluffworks fit like?
Can Bluffworks pieces be tailored?
Most of our products can be altered as long as your tailor is comfortable working with the material. In general, we suggest ordering larger than necessary and taking in or hemming shorter, rather than letting out.
How should I care for my Bluffworks products?
At Bluffworks, we believe life is a grand adventure, and your clothes shouldn’t hold you back. Great journeys rarely begin at the dry cleaners, and we take pride in making travel clothes that are as easy to care for as they are to wear every day.
Due to our various fabric properties, we recommend only machine or hand washing — our products should not be dry cleaned.
Please see specific care instructions about individual products on the FAQ tab on the product page, or on the care labels included on the garment. In general, remember to remove your items promptly from the washer and dryer when the cycle is finished.
In case a stain happens, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it.
Will Bluffworks pieces shrink or stretch over time?
Our materials feature some stretch for comfort, and all fabrics will soften with wash and wear, but long term stretching or shrinking is not to be expected.
Because Bluffworks products offer many increments of sizes and fits, we suggest consulting each garment’s size chart and fit guidance to determine the best choice for a comfortable fit based on your preferences. May I change or cancel my order after it is submitted?
Once an order is submitted, it is unable to be changed or cancelled prior to shipment. Please review the order prior to finalizing.
