Return Policy
Returns for Refund or Exchange are available on unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items requested within 30 days of the date of shipment. A return authorization must be obtained by clicking the link below.

Any notes contained in a return package will not be seen by Customer Service. Please email us directly at team@bluffworks.com with any additional information or comments.
Domestic US Returns
Return Authorization & Shipping Labels are valid for 28 days from the date of your request. Items must be shipped within that grace period. Returns are processed within 10 business days from the date delivered to our warehouse. Return packages may be refused upon delivery if not previously authorized or correctly labeled.
Refunds: Refunds for product value are processed back to the original form of payment within 10 business days from the date delivered to our warehouse.
Exchanges: The replacement item for an Instant Exchange is processed at the time of the request, with a credit card reserve. Please return the original items within 10 business days of the return date of your request to avoid additional charges.
International Returns
Return Authorization is valid for 28 calendar days from the date of your request. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be shipped within that grace period. The return is processed within 10 business days from the date the return is delivered to our warehouse. Returns may be refused upon delivery or delayed in processing if not previously authorized or correctly labeled.
Refunds: Refunds for product value are processed back to the original form of payment within 10 business days from the date received at our warehouse. Taxes, duties, and other receiving fees are not refunded by Bluffworks, and should be handled separately with the local customs office.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered on International Returns. Any subsequent orders intended to replace returned items are subject to their own shipping and customs fees through placing a new order.
If a package/order is refused by a customer, or failure to pay local taxes, duties, or fees results in an undeliverable shipment, customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges and/or country imposed fees incurred to return back to Bluffworks. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount as Handling Fees in the amount of 20% of the purchase price.
Final Sale
Bluffworks products which are labeled on the product page as "Discontinued: Final Sale" and "FINAL SALE" in cart are discontinued items that will not be restocked, and are not eligible for return for refund, store credit, or exchange.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments will be honored if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date, and are extended in the form of an eGift Card for the difference.
