This week we launched the Envoy Lightweight Travel Pants on preorder, a product we’re sure to see become a favorite of Bluffworks fans and new friends alike.
Those of you who may have begun following Bluffworks more recently may not know that we originally launched on Kickstarter with one pant - the Bluffworks Originals. As the pants that started it all, the Originals were the lightweight, do-it-all men’s travel pants that were sorely missing in the marketplace.
Over time, we’ve evolved and produced even more great technical pieces – like our travel blazers, chinos, and our Threshold collection – but we’ve never forgotten where we came from. Somehow, we always seem to have a knack for creating great travel pants to power your journeys.
We are now proud to introduce the Envoy. These are breathable and lightweight travel pants, which reads like a versatile pair of chinos that will get you from here to there, and everywhere in between. Let’s dig into why it earns a place in your closet.
Meet the Fabric
- 57% Recycled Polyester, 33% Polyester, 10% Spandex.
- Machine washable, like everything we make.
- Lightweight, breathable, heathered fabric.
- Wrinkle resistant with 4-way stretch.
- Moisture wicking and quick drying with anti-UV properties.
Constructed with heathered, super-lightweight performance fabrics, our durable Envoy pant is a moisture wicking, quick drying, wrinkle-resistant wonder. Plus, it’s crafted with four-way stretch for maximum comfort. Just wash and wear, so you can be on your way.
Tech pants provide so much freedom and comfort, but in product development, a lightweight fabric is also challenged by being too drapey or swishy. The great addition of the Envoy is it builds upon its predecessor by adding stretch and just the right amount of structure.
For guys that are curious about how this compares to our Ascender pants - while those are known for being exceptionally soft, the Envoy are more technical travel pants in function, while staying true to our core ethos of not making clothes that look like gear.
