I so wanted to love these pants. The quality seems very nice, the price was great, and they were flattering in the back. But the front on me was gappy around the hips and crotch (I think a smaller size would have been too tight around the waist). Also when you unzip the front pockets, they become super gappy too. Going back.

Where to start? The pants have a flattering fit. I am 5’3”, 130 pounds, and generally wear a size 8 regular petite, but I like pants to fall a bit below the ankle so I buy these in the size 8 regular and they are exactly what I need From the sharp crease to the well-placed pockets, these pants are a winner all around. The cell phone pocket in the back is particularly useful. I can fit both my work and home iPhones in it without creating a large bulge or getting in the way of sitting down or standing up. Did I mention they are comfortable? I wear these to work daily. Wear them for formal and casual occasions. Wear them on trips. There is no use for which these pants are not suitable. Easy to wash and quick to dry. They’ve saved me a fortune in dry cleaning bills. My only wish is that they be available in more colors. I suggest loden green and camel for starters– please! Best pants I’ve ever owned.

They were VERY heavy for things that are supposed to travel well. The thighs had "saddlebag" bulges. Didn't work at all for my petite frame.

I ordered the Charcoal which is beautiful and a welcomed change from black. For reference, I am 5’3 and a Size 2 Petite fit perfectly. I love the pin tuck detail which sets them apart from a more casual legging.the fabric is thick and provides modest coverage. With this said, there is room for improvement! A higher waist (vs the mod-rise) and a softer band that doesn’t cut in would give a smoother more comfortable fir. Also the thicker fabric feels a bit bulky behind the knees, although it’s not visibly noticeable. I will keep and wear the pants because they are versatile and attractive, but I’d like the fit improved! Thank you Bluffworks! I hope youlll continue to expand your line of women’s clothes!

I tried these in both eight and 10, and the fit was equivalent on me. Either was fine in waist and hips. I was hoping for a non-legging look to wear these professionally (without the skin -tight look to the thigh that is a dead giveaway). In both sizes these did have some room in the thigh, but the material is so substantial that it just poofs out in giant wrinkles at the outside above the knee.
I'm not a fan of the ankle length anyway, but I would have put up with that if the material had any drape to it. Perhaps if you have larger thighs and are willing to have a legging style fit these would work. I expect the substantial material holds up long-term very well and the pockets are fantastic.
I am always so jealous of my husband's bluffworks pants. They are just normal with straight legs that go to a reasonable length.

These are basically fancy leggings. I don't understand why men have chinos and all kind of travel pants WITH A FLY AND POCKETS, but women just get stretchy, slightly fancier workout pants.
