- How do I care for my Helm garment?
- Machine wash cold 86° F (30° C) with like colors. Tumble Dry on low. Iron on cool if needed. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low. Do not dry clean.
- How do I ensure my Helm garment always looks its best?
- Remember to remove immediately from washer and dryer. If needed, cool iron to remove creasing. In case of staining, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it. If exposed to salt water, sunscreen, or other chemicals, we advise rinsing and washing as soon as possible.

I really wanted to like these shorts, but they run very small. I'm athletic with a size 31/32 waist and the shorts were very very tight all around. If you never exercise your legs, than perhaps they will fit OK, but if you have any upper leg muscle, skip these shorts.
