- How do I care for my Helm garment?
- Machine wash cold 86° F (30° C) with like colors. Tumble Dry on low. Iron on cool if needed. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low. Do not dry clean.
- How do I ensure my Helm garment always looks its best?
- Remember to remove immediately from washer and dryer. If needed, cool iron to remove creasing. In case of staining, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it. If exposed to salt water, sunscreen, or other chemicals, we advise rinsing and washing as soon as possible.

Love these shorts. They have the pocket configuration of the Ascender, about the only pants I ever wear. Perfect for travel. The fabric is stretchy without looking like I'm going to the gym. Very comfortable fit. I immediately bought a pair in the other color.

Perfect fit for me. I’m 5’’5 and they are cut right above the knee. Very comfortable stretchy and light but substantial enough to feel like quality shorts and not swim trunks. I can’t believe how many pockets they snuck into these. I plan to order another pair when they release a color I like better than the seaweed sage. The gray looks great.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the photo, but as soon as I put them on I was impressed. They are very lightweight and quite thin but hang well. They pack nice and small. The (hidden) waist drawstring is nice so you don't need a belt, but the loops make them still look like smart shorts.
Inseam is 8.5in. This wasn't in the sizing. The only negative is that they are a bit warmer than some shorts in hot/humid weather. I have the Ascender shorts too and they are quite different. These are perhaps a bit tighter fit, which is great with the stretchy material. Great shorts for everyday summer. Might need some more colour options!

Awesome looking and feeling shorts. They stretch for all sorts of active pursuits. Haven’t gotten them wet, but the fabric seems to be of the type that would dry quickly.

I have two pair of the Ascender Shorts. They are comfortable and can be dressed up or down. These new Helms also can be dressed up or down (perhaps not as dressy but probably easier to go casual), and I think are more versatile. They are very comfortable and have all the usual positive qualities of Bluffworks products. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another color.
