Got it in black, my size, it fits as described over a bluff works jacket but also over any other suit jacket or sports coat, the material has a good feel, the seams are nicely done, how watertight it is, I do not know because I have not been in torrential rain with it yet, if possible I will update this review. All in all great purchase.
