- Machine wash cold 86° F (30° C) with like colors. Do not bleach. Dry medium heat. Low iron, if needed.
- How do I ensure my Envoy products always looks its best?
- Remember to remove immediately from the washer and dryer. If needed, warm iron to remove creasing. In case of stains, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it.
- Can my Envoy products be altered?
- Yes, they can be altered as long as your tailor is comfortable working with the material.

I bought a couple pairs of the Bluffworks Envoy Pants, and I’ve been extremely happy with them. I’ve worn them while traveling to many different countries, and they’ve held up really, really well with no problems or issues.
I have the sand color and the light gray, and both have held their appearance nicely. They’re comfortable, have plenty of stretch, and are great for traveling. They fold up easily and pack well.

I've used these a few times and noticed being more comfortable sitting on the airplane, thinking it might be the extra give these pants have. My only detractions at this point are having more in stock, more colors available and that the zipper sticks at the top of it's range. Other than that give them a try!

First pair of Envoy pants purchased. Actually, prefer the Ascender fabric and fit. Don't like the side pocket and both pants have more pockets than are practical. Cell phone pocket doesn't work with larger phones.

Saw reviews that raved about Bluffworks Envoy as a travel pant. And they were right! These feel incredibly good, they fit extremely well, they have pocket features that serve you well without being loud or flashy. And Customer Service was quite helpful when I called with a question. A little pricy perhaps, but you get what you pay for. The only reason I said these are almost perfect is because perfection is such an elusive quality. Come to think of it, these may be perfect.

I like the pants a lot, but would like a lighter summer version. If the side pocket could be split to either side of the seam you wouldn’t sit in the contents. All the zipper pockets make the pants extremely secure. More color choices would be great.

I first bought the blue/gray pants and liked them so much I bought the wheat colored once immediately after. I took both pants on a July 2026 trip to southern France and through the Swiss Alps during a heat wave. These pants are like wearing shorts but a lot better style. I did experience some rain and the pants dried during our lunch. No worries about pickpockets in busy city streets because everything was secure in a zippered pocket. The best selling point is the awesome fit right out of the box with no tailoring required. I ordered 32x30 pants and they fit perfectly even in different color schemes. For reference I am 5’ 10” and 165 pounds and the pants didn’t require a belt so TSA was a breeze. The internal waist band has discrete no slip material that keeps the pants from shifting. I have all the pants BW makes and these are my favorite for moderate/hot travel adventures.

Previously bought a pair of Ascenders and was very impressed because they are pretty much wrinkle and stain free, easy to wash and dry, airplane seat comfortable, with plenty of secure pockets. I wanted a different color but when I looked the only option was the Envoy, so I went ahead. Now I have a pair of lightweight warm weather pants and slightly heavier pants in cooler weather. Very happy with both.

I have had these pants for almost 2 years now and they still look and feel great. I bought 2 pairs, charcoal and blue-grey. There is a very slight difference in size between the two, the charcoal being slightly more generous. No problems at all and I have worn them a lot, in many different countries and climates. All the zips and seams are still in excellent condition and these pants always look great and they pack very easily. I bought several brands before I found these, now these are the only pants I travel with.
