- How do I care for my Departure Jeans?
- This fabric is made with natural indigo dye so the color may transfer to white and lighter colors. For best results, wash garment inside out with dark colors (or alone). Machine wash warm 104° F (40° C) with like colors, use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry normal or hang dry. Remove promptly. Warm iron if needed.
- How do I ensure my Departure Jeans always look their best?
- Remember to remove immediately from washer and dryer. If needed, warm iron to remove creasing. In case a stain happens, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it.
- Can my Departure Jeans be altered?
- Yes, they can be altered as long as your tailor is comfortable working with the material.

These are great jeans. The process of finding just the right combination of size and fit was a bit difficult as I sometimes get tailored or slim cut and sometimes opt for regular. This time choosing the regular cut and making sure the waist sizing was right (the same as my Ascenders), proved to be the best combo. Really glad for the addition of the two back belt loops on all sizes as it helps keep the waist snug and fitted. Also a fan of the weight and softness of the fabric as it seems to provide a good mix of comfort and durability. More colors to come?
