- Machine wash cold 86° F (30° C) with like colors. Do not bleach. Dry medium heat. Low iron, if needed.
- How do I ensure my Ascenders always look their best?
- Remember to remove immediately from washer and dryer. If needed, warm iron to remove creasing. In case a stain happens, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it.
- Can my Ascenders be altered?
- Yes, they can be altered as long as your tailor is comfortable working with the material.

I had hoped that the Ascender Shorts would have contained all of the features of the Ascender Pants, but no. The fact that in pants there are several zippered pockets, not having the same in the shorts is big miss.

I have two pairs of Ascender Chinos, waist size 34. Since these are Ascender Shorts, I figured the fit would be the same. But, no - it turned out I needed size 35. Now given the extremely flexible exchange policy this didn't turn out to be a problem, but it still is weird.
On the plus side, I like the zipper pocket on the right thigh and wish this were included with the Chinos.
