- How do I care for my Ascenders?
- Machine wash cold 86° F (30° C) with like colors. Do not bleach. Dry medium heat. Low iron, if needed.
- How do I ensure my Ascenders always look their best?
- Remember to remove immediately from washer and dryer. If needed, warm iron to remove creasing. In case a stain happens, we suggest using a mild dish soap to clean it.
- Can my Ascenders be altered?
- Yes, they can be altered as long as your tailor is comfortable working with the material.

This is my 3rd pair of Bluffworks Ascender chinos. This matte navy is a great color to join the desert khaki & walnut brown I already have.
I travel frequently, both in the US & overseas. The Ascender line has proven to be very comfortable while traveling by plane, train, bus & ferry. They have been great for urban tours & hiking trails - even rough terrain.
These pants can be dressed up or down. I really like the Threshold line of T-shirts & polos with them. They dry very quickly, making it easy to wash them in a hotel sink & hang to dry. The also pack very small, saving luggage space & making a carry-on only trip of 3 weeks easy. When rolled, two pair of these chinos take up less space than a single pair of quality jeans.

I bought these for travel because of the two front zippered pockets. I can fit a phone in the zippered pocket (large samsung). The zippered pockets are as advertised, basically saftey pockets nside the front pockets. I also like tge added phone pocket for convenience. The phone sticks out, chili's is strictly for convenience and ease of access. The quality is also great, a little pricey, but the quality and comfort seem worth it.
