These terms govern your Hidden Pocket Club membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and to The Hidden Pocket Club's general Terms of Use (https://shop.bluffworks.com/pages/terms-of-use), which are incorporated herein by reference.
Membership Fee
The Hidden Pocket Club is an exclusive membership available to Bluffworks customers 18 and older for a one-time fee of $1000 for Basic Members, and $2000 for Premium Members. The Hidden Pocket Club membership is non-transferable and limited to one membership per customer.
Member Discount
Members receive a 60% discount off the full, non-discounted price of Bluffworks products on every eligible purchase, for as long as your membership benefit remains active. The Hidden Pocket Club discounts do not stack with other available discounts on purchases (see below: How the Discount is Calculated).
How Your Discount Benefit Works
Your membership benefit works over a term depending on your membership type:
· Basic Members: Your discount applies to purchases for three (3) years from the date you sign up.
· Premium Members — Your discount applies to purchases for ten (10) years from the date you sign up.
How the Discount Is Calculated
Your discount benefit is calculated as 60% off the current listed price of each item at the time of purchase. If an item is already on sale or subject to a promotional price, your 60% discount applies to the full price, and the full 60% savings amount is counted against your remaining benefit — not just the difference between the sale price and 60% off.
Example: A $100 item is on sale for $80. Your price is $40 (60% off $100).
Eligible Purchases
The discount applies to all Bluffworks products, with no product exclusions. There is no minimum purchase amount and no restriction on shipping method, provided that Bluffworks ships to your area. Returns and refunds on discounted purchases are handled in accordance with Bluffworks' standard return policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, purchases in excess of $2000 per year will require customer-support approval before checkout.
How to Redeem
Your discount is applied automatically when you are logged in to your Bluffworks account and checkout. No code or manual step is required unless otherwise indicated at checkout. The discount will not apply to purchases made while logged out.
Membership Limit
Bluffworks reserves the right to limit the total number of Hidden Pocket Club memberships available at any time.
Other Benefits
Members may receive additional perks from time to time, which Bluffworks will communicate directly to members. These benefits are offered at Bluffworks' discretion and are subject to change.
Restrictions
Limit of one Hidden Pocket Club membership per account. Membership fees are non-refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Bluffworks reserves the right to terminate any Hidden Pocket Club membership, without refund or liability to you, if it determines that you have: (a) resold products purchased with a Hidden Pocket Club discount, (b) signed up for multiple Hidden Pocket Club memberships, or (c) otherwise violated Bluffworks’ Terms of Use.
Communications
By signing up for The Hidden Pocket Club, you are consenting to receipt of marketing and other exclusive Hidden Pocket Club communications by email and text. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the applicable message.
Changes to Terms
Bluffworks reserves the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice to members. Changes will not reduce the total maximum benefit available to existing members at the time of sign-up without their consent.
