SHIPPING & RETURNS
Standard Shipping – is free within the United States. Shipped from our warehouse in Missouri, it’s less than five days to most of the country. For Alaska and Hawaii we use USPS Priority for standard shipping.
2-Day Shipping - Ship 1-4 pairs for $14, or 5-8 pairs for $20, excludes weekend and holiday delivery.
1-Day Shipping - Ship 1-4 pairs for $40, or 5-8 pairs for $80, excludes weekend and holiday delivery.
Express Shipment Orders must be placed by 5pm ET to ship the same day.

International Express via DHL with Tracking: Transit time averages 5-7 business days*
International Standard via Post with Tracking: Transit time averages 10-15 business days* (Available to Select Countries)

International Shipping is calculated during checkout, and does not include duty, tax, or import fees**. Fees are country dependent and Bluffworks is unable to advise on the total cost of these fees for an order. Please contact your local customs office for additional details on fees for international orders.
**Note: Import fees are typically based on the actual shipping value and product retail value.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds - Available on unworn items within 30 days from date of shipment.
Exchanges - Available on unworn items within 90 days from date of shipment.
Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
How to request a Refund or Exchange
1) Contact us anytime with questions on anything. We are happy to assist in choosing the right product and fit. Our Customer Service Specialists are here to help.
2) If a return is necessary, email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following items in the email:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number (if available)
- Color, Size and Fit of the items desired for return or exchange
- Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc)
- Color and size of replacement pair, if desired
3) Our Customer Service Specialists will respond with return instructions and email a UPS Prepaid Return Label, which will contain the Return Authorization (RA) Number.
4) Print out the Prepaid Return Label. Pack all returning items with their corresponding product bags in the original Bluffworks shipping box. If the original shipping box is not available, please use a comparable box or envelope. Secure the package with tape and cover the original shipping label with the new Prepaid UPS Return Shipping Label provided.
5) Drop off the package at a local UPS store or drop-off location. To find a location near you, please visit https://www.ups.com/dropoff.
* Any notes contained in a return package will not be received by Customer Service. Please email us directly at email@example.com with any further info you think we should know.
For an Exchange:
Once we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange we will send your replacement item(s). Please allow 2-3 business days to process exchanges. Exchanges are processed as Store Credit. If you desire a refund please return the item within 30 days. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
For a Refund:
Once the return is processed, we will contact you and advise of the refund applied back to your credit card. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time received.
If all items from an order are returned for refund, a $7.00 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Return label fee does not apply to items returned for exchange or items returned for store credit.
All international orders are only eligible for refunds when requested within 30-days of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for International Orders (due to recently updated customs practices and shipping carrier terms). If an item is returned, the payment method used during purchase will be refunded in the amount of the value of the item once it has been received and processed. Any fees or duties collected as part of the order will not be refunded and should be handled separately with the local customs office. Any subsequent orders intending to replace the returned items are subject to their own shipping and customs fees.
International Refunds and Exchanges:
No shipping fees, taxes, or duties will be refunded. Customer pays for shipping in both directions.
- Returns are processed within 2-3 business days once item is received by our warehouse.
- Return Authorization (RA) Numbers are valid for 30 days. Items must be received within that grace period.
- If a package/order is refused by customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Additional shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
- Beginning April 19, 2016, all sales are final on Bluffworks Heritage style pants. Orders for Heritage pairs placed on or after 04/19/2016 12:00 AM ET are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, and return requests will not be honored and/or return packages accepted if not previously authorized.
- Beginning January 26, 2017, all sales are final on Bluffworks Portland style shirts. Orders for Portland shirts placed on or after 01/26/2017 2:30 PM ET are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, and return requests will not be honored and/or return packages accepted if not previously authorized.
- Beginning August 11, 2017, all sales are final on Bluffworks Auckland style shorts. Orders for Auckland shorts placed on or after 08/11/2017 9:30 AM ET are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, and return requests will not be honored and/or return packages accepted if not previously authorized.
