Here’s the thing about running in Central Park -- there’s more to do than just run.
I love to run up hills, on trails and through the quiet sections of the woods. The park has enough secret spots that I never run out of territory.
The architecture and design is impressive too. Like a huge sculpted garden.
When I feel like I need a little extra challenge, the chin-up bar at the Pinetum always cuts me down to size.
Finally, the best addition is spending time in Sheep Meadow, where nature hits the city and there's always fun to be had. Whether I’m talking my way into a SpikeBall game, throwing disc, or just goofing around, this is my happy place.
When there, I don’t want to be worrying about my phone. I'm not going to just leave it sitting on the grass, but I don’t want carrying it to interrupt my moment of bliss either. Hence, the inspiration behind all of the pockets in our Rev short.
After I load up all my stuff, how do I keep it secure? With a heavy duty waistband, of course.
So that's it. Me, and my Rev shorts. Just keys, wallet, phone and sunglasses put me out the door for action.
Here’s to getting out.
