It takes the right materials, a solid design, quality construction, and lots and lots of testing.

Much like with our recent addition to the Ascender line, we took a closer look at our amazing Presidio fabric – and realized it definitely hits all the right marks. Given the popularity of our modern Presidio suit, we knew there had to be more greatness in store for this fantastic fabric.

Enter the Presidio Bomber jacket and Airline pant: one’s a classic piece of outerwear, reimagined; the other, a completely new design in a pull on pant. Together, these smart casual separates combine for a cooler-than-cool look that’s all about comfort and flexibility.

Our stylish bomber jacket makes for a great blazer replacement – a chic double zipper jacket with a classic fit and feel that allows for easy movement. Our matching Airline pant comes with a comfortable flat front hidden drawstring waistband, and a functional zipper for versatility and style. Plus, with all of the benefits of our Presidio fabric – including moisture wicking, wrinkle resistant superpowers – these intentioned pieces are designed to fill the gap in your smart casual wardrobe.

Meet the Fabric

A washable, wrinkle resistant technical fabric that drapes like a summer wool, our Presidio fabric looks and feels luxurious. This soft-to-the-touch substantial fabric comes with an impressive host of features baked right in:

100% technical polyester.
Wrinkle resistant and breathable.
Moisture wicking, quick drying, anti-microbial.
Machine washable, like everything we make.
Lightweight 5.90 oz per yard fabric.

Our Presidio fabric wicks moisture and repels water. It resists wrinkles and odors, with an anti-microbial treatment. Plus, it’s lightweight and breathable, with the makings of year-round staples that are substantial and soft.

Comfort is key, and our newest products were built with comfort at the forefront. Our Bomber jacket’s easy wear style makes layering a breeze with a lightweight lining that doesn’t add bulk. Plus, our Airline pant is made super comfortable and easy-to-wear with a pull on style waistband and a hidden drawstring closure.

Just like with our Presidio blazer and dress pants, our Presidio Bomber jacket and Airline pant comes in Blue Smoke, Thunder Grey and Ash Grey, versatile neutrals that pair well with the rest of your closet (and our product line).

Presidio Bomber Jacket

Our Presidio Bomber jacket is designed with attention to detail:

Two exterior hand welt zipper pockets
Front left chest zipper pocket
Two interior full size pockets
One interior chest pocket
Invisible interior zipper pocket
Elastic trim cuffs, collar and waistband
Double zipper closure

With a total of 7 pockets (3 external plus 4 internal pockets), this bomber jacket’s simplified profile is easily worn as a casual jacket or dressed up, without sacrificing utility. We added thoughtful details, such as a ribbed elastic collar, cuffs, and waistband, plus a double zipper, giving this ultra comfortable jacket an ultra modern look that’s stylish and versatile.

With XS-XXL sizing in a regular fit that gives a neat appearance with little excess fabric, this bomber jacket is designed to hit low on the waist and wrist.

Presidio Airline Pant

Our Presidio Airline pant was made for comfort:

Two front slash pockets
Hidden zipper security pocket inside front right pocket
Two zipper welt pockets on back
Back phone pocket at right hip
Flat front elastic waistband with hidden drawstring for easy fit

A hybrid between a dress pant and a jogger, our men’s pull on pant features 6 total pockets (5 external pockets with 1 internal), including our signature Bluffworks phone pocket. We upped the ante on comfort by adding a flat front ribbed elastic waistband with a hidden drawstring, plus a functioning front zipper closure for added versatility. With a roomier fit in the waist and thigh, and a slimming straight leg from the knee down, these travel pants strike a perfect balance between roomy comfort and tailored style for travelers and non-travelers alike.

Available in S-XL sizing, our Airline pant comes in two inseam lengths: regular (29”) and long (32”). And, with a flat front ankle, these pants are easily tailored to your desired style.
